Happy 70th!

Turning 70 is beautiful, isn't it?  This card was made for my MIL.  I started off with a white base, layered some silver, and light blue, and then die cut a Spellbinders Decorative Window.  For the white background behind the black window, I simply traced around the die and then cut it out with detail scissors, though I'm sure any kind would have worked just fine!  I also used a Spellbinders Fancy tags one die and like the window traced around the die to get my white outine.  zOther punches I used were Martha Stewart Stamp and Punch Flower, and Martha Stewart Stamp and Punch Leaf Set.  I curled the leaves slightly and added some dimensional dots to keep them curved.  Then I finished it by adding some yellow brads to the flower centers and number peel offs.
